When he finally does discuss the subject with Mrs. Harkness, he finds that although the interaction is difficult, he is able to confront his own uncertainties and carry out the discussion in a responsible, professional way.

These professionals address the situation presented in the dramatic scenario and also speak movingly of their own experiences and feelings in regard to this difficult area of their work.
