Pete, Freddi, and Karen know first hand all of the fears and frustrations that cancer brings into your life, along with the joy and insight that come with surviving. Their examples make The Survivor Symphony a personal support group for all those whose lives are touched by cancer, from the newly diagnosed to the long term survivors and their family members. It provides not only inspiration from the survivors who act as role models, but also practical advice to make each step of the battle with cancer a little bit easier.

The video is orchestrated like a musical piece with three separate but interrelated movements. The introductory section debunks commonly held myths about cancer. The second section explores the role of family members. The final section deals with the often overlooked problems of survivors.
